Help with TumbleChess
For help with your account, a game, or another player, email cwcowan77@gmail.com.
Tell us what happened
Include your device, the problem, and the room code or player code if relevant. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or private player keys.
Playing with a friend
Create an online game and share its invitation, or sign in and add your friend using their 12-character player code. Both players need an internet connection for online games.
A game stopped responding
Check your connection and reopen the game on the same device. Signed-in players can find saved games in My club. Online clocks continue while a player is away.
Offline practice on iPhone and iPad
The app’s Offline practice tab works without an account or internet connection. Its untimed game is saved on that device, separately from online game history.
Reporting a player
In My club, open Player safety and select a recent online opponent or enter their player code. You can block new account challenges and matchmaking, or send a private report. Blocking does not end an existing game; use Resign to leave it. If your opponent is a guest, email support with the room code and describe the behavior. Avoid putting personal information in your player name. Parents should supervise children’s online play.
Privacy and account data
Read our privacy policy for information about saved games and account data. In My club, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If asked, verify with Apple first, then return and confirm again. If deletion is interrupted, reopen My club on the same device and choose Retry deletion. Contact support from your account email if you cannot finish or the service is unavailable.
Account suspensions and appeals
Accounts may be suspended for abusive behavior or inappropriate names. Suspension ends active games and prevents signed-in use of online services. To appeal, email cwcowan77@gmail.com with your friend code and the email associated with your account. You can still use My club → Delete account while suspended. Account restrictions do not identify someone returning with a different account or as a guest.
